2 spoons Oil, olive
Rebrca
-
800 g Meat, pork, loaf
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

200 ml Ketchup
-
4 spoon Honey
-
1 teaspoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
2 teaspoons Ginger, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 teaspoons Oil, olive
Steps
-
Rinse and dry the rosemary. Cut the ribs into pieces and place them in a fireproof dish. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it, then pour the lemon juice into a separate bowl. Add ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Mix everything well and pour it over the meat. Turn the ribs so that the meat is evenly coated with the marinade on all sides. Let the meat marinate for at least two hours.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Arrange the pork rib pieces in a baking dish and place it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then turn the ribs and bake for another 15 minutes. Once baked, remove them from the oven.
-
Increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them if desired. Grease a baking dish with oil and add the washed potatoes, then season with salt. Mix well and bake in the preheated oven for another 25 minutes until nicely browned.
-
Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove and heat it well, then add oil. Sear the ribs on each side for about 3 minutes to caramelize them nicely.
-
Finally, serve the ribs and potatoes on plates and garnish with rosemary. Optionally, add the juices left from baking, and present the prepared dish to your guests.
