5 pieces Fish, cockle

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

2 twigs Parsley, fresh

Thoroughly wash the clam meat under running water. Dry it with a paper towel and slice each piece into 3 equally thick slices. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds. Wash the parsley, shake it off, and carefully pluck the leaves.

Arrange the cucumber slices in a circle in the center of a large serving plate, and place the clam slices around the cucumber. Drizzle the clams with olive oil and garnish each one with a parsley leaf and a red peppercorn. Serve immediately.
