Carrot Cake
A cake made from millet flour, carrots, honey, apple juice, and hazelnuts is a very healthy cake due to its ingredients.

Ingredients

200 g Millet, raw

3 spoons Honey

350 g Carrot, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

2 dl Juice, apple

150 g Nuts, hazelnuts

5 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower

0.75 bags Baking powder

15 ml Juice, lemon
Steps

Wash the carrots, peel them, and grate them finely. Mix the honey with apple juice, then add the oil. Mix well and add lemon juice, carrots, hazelnuts, and flour. Sprinkle everything with baking powder, add salt, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Pour the batter into a greased and floured smaller cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven, cover it, and let it rest for a few minutes.

Transfer the cake to a plate. Spread 1/2 dl of apple juice on top and decorate with marzipan carrots.

Advice
If we dont have millet flour, we can take millet and grind it into flour ourselves. Instead of marzipan, the cake can be decorated with small carrots and bunnies cut from boiled carrots, or decorated with fresh herbs and marigold flowers.
