2 piece Egg, fresh
-
120 g Sugar, white
-
50 g Sugar, brown
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
150 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
160 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
6 g Baking powder
-
1 spoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
1 spoon Spices, cloves, ground
Milk cream
-
600 g Cheese, creamy
-
150 g Sour cream
-
150 g Sugar, white
-
3 bags Sugar, white
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
pieces Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking pan measuring 22 x 36 centimeters with butter.
-
Beat the eggs and all three types of sugar with an electric mixer until you get a light, pale yellow cream. Pour in the oil and mix well so that the eggs and oil combine. Add the flour mixed with baking powder, cinnamon, and gingerbread spices, and mix everything well. Finally, fold in the grated carrots with a spatula. Leave the batter in the bowl while you prepare the cream cheese mixture.
-
Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Add the regular and vanilla sugar, egg, and flour, and mix the ingredients until they combine and form a uniform cream.
-
Pour about half of the cake batter into the baking pan and spread it evenly over the entire surface, smoothing the top. Then, alternately spoon dollops of the remaining cake batter and the cream cheese mixture on top. The order doesn't matter.
-
Bake the pastry in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
-
Let the baked carrot cheesecake cool completely before serving. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar, cut into slices, and serve.
