1 piece Tomato sauce, without salt

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Clean the cauliflower, wash it, and cut it into smaller pieces, which you then finely grind in a food processor (the size of the ground pieces should be similar to rice). Transfer the ground cauliflower to a bowl, and add eggs, ground almonds, basil, oregano, salt, and flax seeds. Mix the ingredients well in the bowl.
-
Transfer the cauliflower mixture onto baking paper and shape it into a round pizza base. Bake the cauliflower base in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
-
While the base is baking, prepare the tomato sauce. Chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil. Add the tomato sauce and season it with salt, basil, and oregano. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
-
Spread the tomato sauce over the cauliflower base and bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
-
Garnish the baked pizza with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and arugula. Crumble feta cheese on top and serve the prepared dish.
