- Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
80 g Caviar, red and black
-
0.5 bouquet Dill, fresh
-
250 g Dough, puff
-
3.5 spoons Cheese, creamy
-
1 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 4 mm and use a small round cutter to cut out circles with a diameter of 2.5 cm. Place a third of the pastry circles on a lightly greased baking tray and brush them with beaten egg yolk. Prick them several times with a fork and attach 2 more pastry circles to each, also brushing them with egg yolk using a brush.
-
Place the baking tray in the oven for 5–10 minutes. Meanwhile, open the can of caviar and thoroughly wash and dry the dill sprigs. Once the pastries are baked, use a sharp knife to scoop out some of the pastry from the center. Fill the opening with cream cheese and caviar.
-
Decorate the prepared pastries with a sprig of dill, then arrange them on a serving platter and offer them to your guests.

Instead of cream cheese, you can also use sour cream.
