Cheese and Zucchini Pie

Clean the zucchinis, wash them, and coarsely grate them into a bowl. Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt, mix, and let them sit for a while to release excess water.

Mix sour cream with water and two tablespoons of oil to create a sauce that will moisten the filling. Squeeze the zucchinis well with your hands, then mix them with crumbled cheese. Since the cheese is already salty, there's no need to add extra salt to the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Take a baking dish (23 cm in diameter) and grease it well with oil (including the edges). Since we are using a smaller dish, cut the dough sheets in half. Take one piece of dough, place it in the dish, and brush it with a little oil. Then place the second piece of dough in the dish and spread a portion of the filling over it, drizzling it with a few tablespoons of sour cream. Follow with another layer of dough, spread more filling, and drizzle with sour cream. Repeat the process until all the filling is used, ensuring that two pieces of dough remain for the end.

Place the second-to-last piece of dough over the filling and brush it well with oil. Then place the final piece of dough to cover the pie. Spread the edges of the dough that hang over the dish on top, overlapping them as much as possible. Brush the top of the pie well with oil one last time, and if there is any remaining sour cream sauce, you can also brush it with that. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
