Cheese, Bacon, and Tomato Cake

Ingredients

200 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

100 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

100 g Cheese, Gouda

150 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

1 bag Yeast, dry

100 ml Oil, olive

100 ml Milk, whole milk

100 ml Sour cream

3 pieces Egg, fresh

80 g Tomato, concentrate

2 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Grate the Emmental cheese finely and cut the bacon into smaller pieces. Sift the flour into a larger bowl. Mix it with yeast, grated Parmesan, grated Emmental, bacon, and olive oil.

Crack the eggs into a plastic container. Add cream, milk, salt, pepper, and tomato concentrate. Mix everything well with a hand whisk. Pour the mixture into the bowl with flour and mix everything again thoroughly. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. There should be no lumps in the batter!

Line a deep rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the prepared batter into the dish. Let the batter rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the baking dish with the risen batter into the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the baked cake onto a cooling rack, remove the parchment paper, and let it cool. Once cooled, slice the cake into desired thickness and serve with a glass of good wine.
