Thoroughly wash the parsley, chop it very finely, and then place it in a separate bowl. In another bowl, prepare the ground sweet paprika.

Shape approximately 24 balls from the melted cheese using your hands. Place one raisin in the center of each ball, then adjust the shape slightly. Roll some of the balls in the bowl with parsley, and the rest in the ground sweet paprika.
