Ingredients
-
500 g Dough, puff
-
500 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
180 g Sour cream
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
1 dl Sweet cream
-
0.5 dl Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sweet cream, half a deciliter of oil, and salt into a smooth mixture.
-
Roll out the dough on a work surface. If you have a round baking dish, cut the dough to fit the shape of the dish. If using a rectangular baking dish, you don't need to trim the dough.
-
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with oil. Place one sheet of dough in it, lightly grease it, place another sheet on top, and pour half a ladle of the filling over it, spreading it evenly with the ladle. If you trimmed the dough, layer the trimmings on top of the filling before placing a new sheet of dough. Repeat this process until all the dough and filling are used. The last sheet should be without filling, just well greased.
-
Let the baking dish sit for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to soak in.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the cheese pie in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. When the top turns golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Cut the still warm cheese pie into cubes or triangles. Serve it with a glass of yogurt.
