Steps

Wash a sprig of mint and basil and pluck the leaves. Cut the cheeses into smaller triangular pieces or play around with different shapes. Open a can (or jar) of olives and drain them well.

Arrange the cheese pieces on a large serving plate and decorate them with olives and walnuts. Pour honey into a separate small bowl and place it in the center of the plate. Garnish everything with herb leaves. Place the prepared cheese platter with honey on the table.
