Steps

Wash the chili, dry it with a cloth, and slice it into thin rings. Remove the seeds if desired. Chop the onion and cilantro, and grate the cheddar cheese.

Spread sour cream on half of the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese, onion, green chili, chili powder, and cilantro. Fold the tortilla in half and secure the edges with toothpicks.

Heat a pan well, sprinkle with a little water, and place the tortillas in one by one. It is essential to melt the cheese and cook the tortillas on both sides. Once cooked, you can cut the tortillas into smaller pieces. Serve immediately with your chosen sauce.
