Steps

Cut the cheese into cubes. Thoroughly wash the apples and cherry tomatoes. Cut the apples in half and remove the core, remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Dice the apples and immediately sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Thoroughly clean and wash the lettuce, then toss it into a larger bowl. Add the tomatoes, apple cubes, and cheese cubes. Also, cut the cheese into pieces and add them to the rest of the ingredients.

Drizzle the salad with oil and mix the ingredients well. Add more lemon juice if needed. Season everything with pepper, then serve on plates and enjoy.
