Brownies and cheesecake … we love both desserts, right?! And when we cant decide which one to make or which one we like more, its best to combine them into one wonderful dessert.

Ingredients
Cheesecake cream

250 g Cheese, creamy

50 g Sour cream

70 g Sugar, white

1 piece Egg, fresh

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
chocolate mixture

250 g Butter, unsalted

5 pieces Egg, fresh

200 g Sugar, white

70 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

1 pinch Salt, table

1 teaspoon Baking powder

170 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a small rectangular baking dish (23 x 33 cm) with butter and line it with baking paper. Melt the butter slowly in a saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and let it cool until lukewarm. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix the sifted ingredients well.

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy with an electric mixer. Reduce the speed to medium and slowly mix in the melted butter. Add the dry ingredient mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter without lumps.

In another bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and egg, and mix until you get a light cream.

First, pour the chocolate batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly, smoothing the top. Dollop the cheesecake mixture on top of the chocolate batter and carefully spread it over the entire surface. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. They are done when the cheesecake mixture is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the chocolate batter comes out clean.

Let the brownies cool as desired, then cut them into smaller pieces. Serve on a nice plate or platter and offer with a cup of warm or cold drink.
