Cheesecake in a Glass
Cheesecake, or as we call it at home, čizkejk, is a classic dessert, either fresh or baked, usually in the form of a cake. The most famous cheesecake is the one from New York, but I like to prepare a simplified version where you dont even need to turn on the oven. It is recommended to let the glasses with the dessert rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, but if - like me - you are not blessed with patience, it is enough to place the glasses in the freezer for half an hour.

Ingredients
-
140 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 spoon Sugar, brown
-
100 ml Sweet cream
-
25 g Powdered sugar
-
200 g Cheese, creamy
-
100 g chocolate, dark
-
200 g Raspberries
-
40 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Melt the chocolate in a water bath (the water should simmer gently, make sure it does not touch the bowl with the chocolate).
-
Mix the crushed biscuits with butter and brown sugar. Let the ingredients soak for a few minutes, then divide the mixture among the glasses.
-
Whip the full-fat cream and powdered sugar (whip until the cream thickens and holds its shape). In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and gently fold in the whipped cream (by hand).
-
Distribute half of the mixture over the crushed biscuits in the glasses and pour two or three tablespoons of melted chocolate over it. The artistic impression of this process is up to you. Let the chocolate cool and set slightly. Place the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the set chocolate, add raspberries, and sprinkle everything with white chocolate shavings.
