Ingredients
-
100 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
200 g Cheese, creamy
-
200 g Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk
-
3 spoons Powdered sugar
-
0.25 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, natural
-
2 spoons Marmalade, orange
-
1.5 teaspoons Juice, lemon
-
100 g Strawberries
Steps
-
Place the cookies in a bag. Close the open end of the bag with your hand so the cookies don't escape while crushing. Use a rolling pin to hit the bag a few times, crushing the cookies into small pieces.
-
Distribute the crushed cookies evenly among four glasses. In a bowl, use an electric mixer or a hand whisk to mix the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix until you get a smooth and slightly creamy texture. Evenly distribute the cream over the cookies in the glasses. Store the glasses in the refrigerator until ready to use.
-
Just before serving, prepare the strawberries. Clean the strawberries and rinse them quickly under running water if needed. Slice them. Place the strawberry jam in a bowl. Mix it well with a spoon or hand whisk and combine it with lemon juice. Then mix the sliced strawberries into the strawberry jam.
-
Take the glasses out of the refrigerator and spread the mixture of strawberry jam and fresh strawberries over the cream. Serve the prepared dessert.

Advice
Powdered sugar can be replaced with honey (or stevia), and instead of lemon juice, you can use strawberry liqueur. Crushed cookies can be mixed with coarsely chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.).
