Ingredients
-
8 pieces Tortilla, wheat
-
500 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
400 g Cheese, feta
-
1 teaspoon Mustard
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
-
250 ml Tomato sauce, without salt
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
200 g Cheese, edamame
Steps
-
Wash the chili and dry it with a cloth. Slice it into rings, while peeling and finely chopping the garlic. Grate the Edam cheese.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and prepare a small baking dish. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, crumbled young cheese, mustard, garlic, and pepper.
-
In a larger pan, heat a little oil and fry the tortillas one by one on both sides until they soften. Wrap the fried tortillas in a kitchen towel to keep them warm.
-
Fill each tortilla separately with the filling and roll it up or fold it to create a pocket. Arrange the filled tortillas in the baking dish.
-
In a small pot, heat the tomato sauce and chili. Pour the hot sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese turns a nice golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

Advice
Instead of tomato sauce, you can use fresh tomatoes that have been blanched beforehand. Instead of fresh chili, you can use chili powder.
