Steps

Start by hard-boiling the eggs and letting them cool. Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves under cold water and dry them completely. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces and arrange them on a serving plate. Wash and dry the tomatoes with a paper towel. Remove the green stems and slice them into rounds.

Cut a 1 cm thick slice of ham into 1 cm wide strips. Arrange these on one side of the plate. Slice the smoked chicken breast into 0.5 cm thick slices, then cut them into 1 cm wide strips. Place the strips on the plate.

Cut the cheddar cheese into 1 cm thick slices, then into 1 cm wide strips. Similarly, cut the edam cheese into 1 cm thick slices and then into 1 cm wide strips. Arrange both types of cheese on the plate. Place the tomato rounds over the prepared snack.

Peel the cucumber, wash it, and slice it into rounds. Arrange the cucumber rounds over the lettuce, then peel the eggs, cut them in half, and place the halves on the plate. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve the prepared snack.
