Cherry Brownies
Quickly prepared brownies that can be enjoyed even by those who need to avoid gluten. If you dont have a brownie pan, you can easily substitute it with a regular pan of similar size.

Ingredients

120 g Butter, unsalted

300 g chocolate, dark

100 g Sugar, white

3 pieces Egg, fresh

35 g Koruzni škrob

10 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

200 g cherries, fresh

50 g chocolate, dark
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a 25 x 25 cm brownie pan with baking paper.

Wash the cherries, then cut each fruit in the middle and twist the halves in opposite directions to remove the pit.

Place butter and chopped cooking chocolate in a cup and melt them over low heat while stirring, then remove from heat.

Add sugar and mix in the eggs one by one. Then mix in the dry ingredients, which are cornstarch and cocoa powder.

Mix in the cherry halves and optionally white chocolate chips, then pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top. Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Allow the dessert to cool completely before cutting it into pieces.
