Cherry Cream Slices
For all of you who adore creamy desserts. On top of a biscuit base, you will spread a cherry crumble, pour it with vanilla pudding cream, and cover it all with whipped cream. Its like eating cream slices with cherries.

Steps

Place the biscuits and butter in a mixer and grind them into biscuit crumbs. Use them to line the bottom of a larger baking dish (35 x 25 cm). Press them firmly with your palm to create an evenly thick base. Store the dish in the refrigerator.

Wash the cherries, halve them, and remove the pits. Place them in a pot along with sugar, water, juice, and the grated zest of one lemon. Cook for 10 minutes, then stir in the wheat crumble and red food coloring. Cook for another 3 minutes, then spread the cherry crumble over the biscuit base and smooth the top.

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions, but without sugar. Let it cool slightly, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl with an electric mixer, cream the butter, which has been brought to room temperature, with powdered sugar. Gradually mix in the cooled pudding and spread the resulting cream over the cherry crumble.

Whip the sweet cream together with powdered sugar. Finally, mix in the stabilizer (kremfix) and spread the cream over the vanilla cream. Store the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight) before slicing to allow it to cool well.

Advice
The addition of red color in preparing the cherry layer with crumble can be omitted. Part of the water can be replaced with cherry juice when cooking the cherries and crumble.
