Cherry Kiss

Fill a champagne glass and a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cherry liqueur and elderflower syrup to the shaker and mix the ingredients well.

Remove the ice from the glass, place a cocktail cherry in it, and pour the mixed base. Gently top up with sparkling wine and stir the cocktail very lightly with a spoon. Garnish the glass with a cocktail cherry, lemon and orange peel, and fresh basil.
