Cherry Popsicles
Healthy popsicles will pleasantly cool and refresh you. To prepare them, you need popsicle molds, but if you dont have them on hand, you can also use plastic cups and wooden sticks. Besides these, you only need three additional ingredients: ripe cherries, lemon juice, and honey or another sweetener.

Advice
Instead of honey, you can also use another sweetener (sugar, maple syrup, agave syrup, stevia, erythritol, etc.). To spice up the flavor, mix in 2-3 tablespoons of amaretto or cherry brandy. If you dont have popsicle molds, pour the mixture into plastic cups and place them in the freezer for about 1 hour. If the mixture has slightly frozen by then, add the wooden sticks; otherwise, place the cups back in the freezer and wait for another half hour.
