Cherry Slices with White Chocolate
A dessert that doesnt require an oven. It wont take much of your time, and the taste will impress even the most demanding. The sweet white chocolate is a perfect contrast to the sour cherries.

Ingredients
Base
- pieces Breadcrumbs, dried

600 ml Water

150 g Semolina

180 g Sugar, white

500 g Cherries, fresh
White chocolate mousse

140 ml Milk, whole milk

8 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

350 g chocolate, dark

250 ml Sweet cream
Steps

Place butter cookies on a rectangular baking dish (approximately 32 x 23 cm).

Prepare the cherry filling. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add wheat semolina and cook for 3 minutes. Add cherries and sugar and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the hot cherry filling over the butter cookies and smooth it out on top.

Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Whip the sweet cream. Heat the milk in a cup and dissolve the gelatin in it. Pour it into the chocolate and mix well until you get a completely smooth chocolate mixture. Gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.

Pour the prepared mousse over the cooled cherry filling. Chill the dessert well before serving.
