Chestnut Cream with Cherries and White Chocolate
Treat your guests to glasses of a true autumn delicacy, composed of three layers. At the bottom is a cherry base, in the middle a rich chestnut mousse, and on top a sweet white chocolate mousse. The preparation of all three layers is quick and simple, and the dessert is so good that one glass will definitely not be enough.

Ingredients
Chestnut mousse

2 dl Sweet cream

4 spoon Sugar, white

1.5 spoons Alcohol, Rum

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation

3 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened

2 dl Sweet cream

200 g Nuts, chestnut, cooked

White chocolate mousse

100 g chocolate, dark

2 dl Sweet cream

1 piece Gelatin powder, unsweetened
Steps

Place all the ingredients for the cherry base in a pot. Mix and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes until the juice thickens. Let it cool slightly, then distribute into the glasses in which you will serve the dessert.

In a pot, add the chestnuts, cooking cream, 4 tablespoons of sugar, rum, and vanilla extract. Mix and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking, soak the gelatin, which you then mix into the chestnuts after removing them from the heat. Blend everything together and let it cool.

Fold the whipped cream into the chestnut cream and distribute it into the glasses. Place in the refrigerator to set slightly.

Soak a sheet of gelatin in cold water. Melt the white chocolate while mixing it with half of the cream. Remove from heat, thoroughly mix in the soaked gelatin sheet, and let it cool.

Whip the remaining cream. Fold it into the white chocolate mixture and pour into the glasses. Return the glasses to the refrigerator for at least one more hour. Before serving, decorate the dessert as desired.
