Chia Pudding with Granola

Granola

Steps

Granola: In a bowl, mix the oats with almonds and flaxseeds. In a small pot, heat a mixture of coconut oil, sugar, agave syrup, and cinnamon. Pour the hot mixture over the dry ingredients and mix everything well with a spoon.

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Spread the oat mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Distribute it evenly and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to prevent the granola from burning. Let the baked granola cool.

Chia pudding: In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the pudding to set.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the breakfast. Fill them to the top with chia pudding and granola. Layer the ingredients, finishing with chia pudding, and garnish with sliced kumquat.
