Chia Pudding with Yogurt and Strawberries

Ingredients

6 pieces Strawberries

4 teaspoon Syrup, maple

150 g Flaxseed

625 ml Soy milk

400 ml Coconut milk

60 ml Syrup, maple

250 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

In a bowl, mix chia seeds, soy and coconut milk, and agave syrup. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours (preferably overnight) so the chia seeds can gel and form a thick pudding.

Clean the strawberries and rinse them quickly under running water if needed. Slice them. Take the bowl with the pudding out of the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap. Gently mix Greek yogurt into the pudding. Serve the prepared pudding in nice glasses or bowls. Garnish it with strawberry slices and drizzle with a spoonful of agave syrup or honey. Serve the prepared dish.

Advice
If you want the pudding to be thicker, grind the chia seeds beforehand. Instead of strawberries, you can use other seasonal fruits (raspberries, blueberries, currants, cherries, etc.).
