Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, thighs
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 spoons Mustard
-
1 spoon Honey
-
1 spoon Vinegar, apple
-
pieces Salt, table
-
500 g Potatoes, white
-
6 pods Garlic, fresh
-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
pieces Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade: a tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of mustard, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Add the chicken thighs and mix well to ensure the marinade coats the pieces of meat.
-
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin wedges. Peel the garlic cloves.
-
Pour two tablespoons of oil into a larger, deeper pan and add a tablespoon of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and potatoes, and season with salt. Roast for 15 minutes or a bit longer, depending on the size of the wedges, stirring the ingredients in the pan several times. Once the potatoes are roasted, remove them from the pan.
-
Pour another tablespoon of oil into the same pan and add the remaining butter, then fry the chicken thighs in the fat. Cook them for four to five minutes on each side.
-
Finally, push the thighs to one side of the pan, return the potatoes to the pan, and add chopped parsley. Mix the potatoes well, then serve the dish on plates.
