300 g Meat, chicken, breasts

200 g Spinach, raw

200 g Arugula

8 pieces Tomato, red

1 spoon Juice, lemon

2 spoons Oil, olive

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 teaspoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with paper towels. Cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a small bowl, prepare a marinade with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and ground pepper. Mix the marinade well to dissolve the salt. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Clean, wash, and thoroughly dry the arugula and spinach. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Cook the marinated chicken pieces in a lightly oiled and well-heated pan. Stir occasionally while cooking to ensure the pieces are evenly browned on all sides. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate.

Arrange the spinach and arugula in salad bowls. Add some chicken pieces and a few cherry tomato halves to each bowl. Serve the prepared salad.
