Ingredients
-
0.5 bouquet Mint
-
250 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
1.25 dl Sweet cream
-
1 piece Egg, egg white, fresh
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash and dry the mint. Pluck the leaves and finely chop them. Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Cut it into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor. Add sour cream, egg white, salt, and pepper, and blend until a thick mixture is formed. Then, mix in the chopped mint with a spoon.
-
Prepare a thin, transparent food wrap, then shape the mixture into two round balls with wet hands. Wrap each ball well in a double layer of foil, securing the ends with plastic clips.
-
Place a larger pot on the stove, fill it with water, and wait for it to boil. Add both foil-wrapped balls to the pot of boiling water and cook them at a moderate temperature for about half an hour. Remove the balls from the water, let them cool slightly, then unwrap and place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
-
Take the set balls out of the refrigerator, serve them on a plate, and offer them with toasted bread.

Advice
The dish will be even better if left in the refrigerator overnight. Mint can be replaced with another aromatic herb (e.g., thyme or basil).
