Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp Fajitas
Fajitas are a classic Mexican dish. Wheat or corn tortillas are filled with a mixture of sautéed and heavily seasoned meat and vegetables, or served separately so each diner can assemble their own wrap.

Steps
-
Wash the chicken and beef, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into strips. Rinse the shrimp tails with cold water and drain. In a large bowl with a lid, mix 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, and spices. Add the meat and shrimp, and mix everything well. Cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
-
Wash the vegetables. Take the bowl with the meat and shrimp out of the refrigerator. Peel the onion, cut it in half, and slice it. Halve the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut them into strips. Place a large pan on the stove and heat it up. Once hot, pour in the remaining oil. Sauté the bell peppers and onion in the hot oil while stirring, then remove from heat and keep warm.
-
Drain the meat. In the same pan used for the vegetables, quickly sauté the meat and shrimp. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes while stirring, then add the bell peppers and onion to the pan, mix well, and heat everything thoroughly.
-
Warm the tortillas in the oven or on a dry pan and fold them onto a serving plate. Serve the sautéed vegetables, meat, and shrimp on a larger plate. Offer alongside various side dishes.
