500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

3 teaspoons Spices, paprika

1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Salt, table

250 g Salad, ice

100 g Endive salad, fresh

4 pieces Tomato, red

2 spoons Juice, lemon
Steps

Rinse the chicken breasts under running water and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut each piece into 2 parts. Rub them with ground paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a large pan and heat it. Sear the meat in the hot oil first on one side (to get a golden brown color), then on the other side.

Clean the lettuce, rinse it, and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and cut them into smaller pieces. Toss the lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl, season with salt, add the remaining oil, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the salad well, then place the cooked chicken breasts on top.
