Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Prosciutto
It wont take you much more time than preparing plain chicken breasts, but the taste is incomparably better.

Ingredients

500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

1 teaspoon Thyme, fresh

12 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon

5 spoon Oil, olive

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Cut the chicken breasts into 4 smaller fillets and rinse them under running water. Dry the fillets with a paper towel, rub them with plucked fresh thyme leaves, lightly salt them, then prepare a pan with oil. Wrap the fillets in prosciutto and place them in the heated oil.

Cook the meat over moderate heat first on one side (about 8 minutes), then on the other side (about 8 minutes). Lightly season the cooked meat and serve with rice and a glass of homemade wine.

Advice
The meat pairs excellently with cooked rice or mashed potatoes. Instead of thyme, you can use rosemary. The prosciutto can be sliced very thinly at the store.
