Chicken Burger
A great meal if youre short on time. Lean chicken breast with lettuce - the only indulgence is the wheat bread.

Ingredients

150 g Meat, chicken, breasts

80 g Bread, wheat

2 piece Salad, ice

0.5 piece Onion, raw

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 pinch Spices, rosemary, dried
Steps

Wash the lettuce and tear the leaves into smaller pieces if desired. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Place a non-stick pan on the heat and warm the oil. Fry the chicken fillet on both sides in the oil (approximately 4 minutes on each side). Towards the end of cooking, season the fillet with salt, pepper, and a little rosemary.

Cut the bun lengthwise, place the lettuce on the bottom half, add the chicken fillet and some onion rings. Press everything together with the top half of the bun and serve while still warm.
