Ingredients
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh
-
100 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
1 dl Alcohol, Wine, Red
-
1 cup Tomato sauce, without salt
-
1 spoon Basil, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Spices, paprika
-
1 spoon Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
Wash the chicken fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Heat oil in a large pan and sear the chicken on both sides. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the seared fillets to a plate.
-
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and slice them thinly. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Return the pan to the heat and when it’s hot, add the onion. Stir continuously and cook until the onion becomes translucent, then add the mushrooms and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates. Add the garlic and spices, mix well, and wait until the garlic becomes fragrant. Pour in the red wine and cook for 3 minutes, then add the tomato sauce and mix well.
-
Place the chicken fillets back into the pan and cook everything together over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Serve the prepared dish in a nice ovenproof dish (as shown in the photo) or serve directly from the pan. Wash and chop the parsley, then sprinkle it over the dish.
