Chicken Casserole
One of the series of casserole dishes, this time with chicken and pasta. Theres never too much cheese. Do you agree?

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts

250 g Pasta, Macaroni

1 head Broccoli, fresh

5 spoon Butter, unsalted

50 g Beans, canned, cooked

1 piece Onion, raw

2 piece Carrot, fresh

1 spoon Spices, oregano, dried

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

20 dag Cheese, edamame
Steps

Place a pot of water on the stove, bring it to a boil, and salt it. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. Wash the broccoli and cut it into smaller pieces, then add it to the pasta. Wash the chicken fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the fillets into strips or any smaller pieces and place them in a large bowl. Peel and chop the onion, wash and peel the carrots, then slice them into rounds. Add all the vegetables to the bowl. Add oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well.

Place a larger pan or wok on the heat and melt two tablespoons of butter. Add the ingredients from the bowl and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent and the meat lightly browns. Turn off the heat and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Prepare a baking dish and grease it well with butter. Drain the pasta and broccoli well and add them to the wok. Mix everything well with a spatula, then transfer it to the baking dish. Grate cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve directly from the dish.

Advice
For the cheese sauce, beat two eggs in a bowl, add a pot of sour cream, and 200 grams of any grated cheese. Whisk everything together with a whisk and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. You can use fresh, frozen, or canned peas.
