Ingredients

600 g Meat, chicken, breasts

6 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried

5 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

2 piece Egg, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Thoroughly wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. Cut it into smaller pieces about 1.5 cm in size. Prepare three bowls: in the first one, add flour; in the second one, breadcrumbs; and in the third one, beat the eggs, whisk them, and add a pinch of salt.

First, coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil.

Fry the chicken pieces in the pan until they turn golden brown. Then, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain well. Serve them on plates, offer your choice of sauces, and enjoy the prepared dish.
