500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

20 g Spices, ginger, ground

1 teaspoon Spices, turmeric, ground

1 pinch Spices, cardamom

0.5 teaspoons Spices, coriander - seeds

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cumin, seeds

400 ml Coconut milk

5 pieces Spices, curry powder

2 twigs Coriander, leaves, fresh
Steps

Wash the chicken meat thoroughly, dry it, and cut it into smaller pieces. Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them. Clean the chili, wash it, and cut it into small pieces. Wash the coriander sprigs and tear the leaves from the sprigs.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, chili, and ginger in it. Add cumin, cardamom, coriander, and turmeric, and fry while stirring for about three minutes.

Then add the chicken meat and sear it well on all sides. Pour in the coconut milk, add the curry leaves, and simmer on low heat for ten minutes until the meat softens. Season with salt to taste.

Garnish the prepared curry with fresh coriander leaves. Serve in bowls and accompany with rice.
