4 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu

2 spoons Honey

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

4 spoon Oil, olive

250 g Arugula

4 spoon Sesame seeds, dried
Steps

Thoroughly wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them with paper towels. Rinse the arugula under running water and dry it. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves. Add honey and soy sauce to the lemon juice and mix well to create a uniform mixture.

Prepare a suitable baking dish and grease it with half of the oil. Arrange the chicken drumsticks in the dish, drizzle them with the remaining oil, season with salt and pepper. Then coat them with the prepared marinade. Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, turning the drumsticks occasionally and basting them with the marinade several times.

Meanwhile, place a medium-sized pan on the stove and quickly toast a handful of sesame seeds.

First, place the arugula on the plates, then serve the baked drumsticks on top, sprinkled with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve with your chosen side dish.

Advice
