Ingredients

1 piece Meat, chicken, breasts

4 spoon Oil, olive

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

8 pieces Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

0.25 teaspoons Spices, thyme, dried

3 spoons Alcohol, Wine, White

1 spoon Parsley, fresh
Steps

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and pat it dry with a paper towel. Place a pan with olive oil on the stove and add the fillet. Cook it first on one side, and when it turns golden brown, flip it and cook the other side. Season the cooked fillet with salt and pepper, then set it aside on a plate.

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them. Immediately toss the mushrooms into the oil used to cook the meat and sauté them. Season the mushrooms with salt, sprinkle with thyme, and add white wine. When the mushrooms turn golden brown, remove the pan from the heat. Place them on top of the meat and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
