Ingredients
-
pieces Meat, chicken, breasts
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
120 ml Alcohol, Wine, White
-
250 g Spinach, raw
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
150 ml Soup base, chicken, cube
-
40 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Season the chicken fillets on both sides with salt and ground pepper.
-
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and dry the spinach.
-
Place a pan on the stove and grease it with oil. Once heated, place the seasoned fillets in the pan and cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
-
Remove the cooked fillets from the pan and set them aside on a plate. Add the garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Deglaze the pan with wine. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan to release all the caramelized bits that formed during cooking.
-
Once most of the wine has evaporated, add the spinach and a pinch of salt. Pour in the cream and broth, then stir in the grated Parmesan. Season the sauce to taste with pepper and salt.
-
Pour the sauce into a baking dish. Add the cooked chicken fillets and bake everything in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, allowing the meat to cook through and the sauce to thicken appropriately.
-
Serve the prepared dish on plates. Pair it with your chosen side dish (rice, gnocchi, croquettes, mashed potatoes, etc.).
