Ingredients
Hot cream sauce
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, chili powder
-
0.5 piece Chili peppers, jalapeƱo, fresh
-
0.5 piece Chili peppers, red chili, dried
-
0.5 piece Chili peppers, green chili, fresh
-
1 dl Sour cream
-
0.5 dl Water
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
16 pieces Tortilla, corn
-
400 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
5 pieces Chili peppers, green chili, in brine
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cumin, seeds
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 dl Water
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
4 pieces Salad, ice
Steps
-
Wash the chilies, clean them, and cut them into rings. Place the cleaned chicken breasts in a pot, add the chilies, cumin, and salt. Pour water over everything, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain the cooked chicken well and save the chilies.
-
Cut the chicken into 0.5 cm thick strips. In a well-heated pan, quickly toast the tortillas on both sides (they should puff up) and place them on a plate.
-
Place the chicken strips on the lower part of the tortilla and sprinkle with chili rings. Roll the tortilla tightly into a roll. Repeat the process until all tortillas are rolled. Secure the rolls with toothpicks if necessary.
-
Pour oil into a deep pan and heat it well. Place the rolls in the hot oil and fry them on all sides until golden and crispy. Remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
-
Prepare a creamy spicy sauce from the ingredients. Clean the lettuce leaves, wash them, dry them well, and place them on a plate. Place the drained flautas on the lettuce and garnish with the creamy sauce. Serve the prepared snack with your choice of sauces.
