Steps

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean the green onion, wash it, and chop it. Peel the carrot, wash it, and cut it into smaller cubes. Peel the potato, wash it, and cut it into cubes. Remove any skin and bones from the meat, wash it, and cut it into 2.5 cm cubes. Wash the sausage and slice it into rings. Clean the green beans and okra, wash them, and slice them.
-
Place a large pot with oil on the stove and heat it over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the flour and stir continuously until the flour turns golden brown. Slowly pour in the chicken stock and whisk to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add all the ingredients except the okra. Wait for the dish to come to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Add the okra and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove the bay leaf. Divide the dish into bowls and serve with cooked rice.
