Ingredients

500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

pieces Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 spoon Butter, unsalted

2 dl Soup base, chicken, cube

1 spoon Juice, lemon

0.25 teaspoons Spices, garlic powder

2 dl Sweet cream
Steps

Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Season them with salt and pepper, then coat them in flour.

Pour a tablespoon of oil into a pan and add butter. Wait for the fat to heat up, then fry the strips in two batches until they turn golden brown. This means about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the fried strips to a plate.

Reduce the heat and pour the base, lemon juice, and add garlic into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes.

Finally, pour in the cream and return the chicken to the pan. Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes, then serve the prepared dish with your chosen side.
