Ingredients
-
600 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
-
2 dl Sweet cream
-
1 teaspoon Mustard
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
1.5 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, white
-
1 cup Grapes, red and yellow, fresh
Steps
-
Clean the chicken breasts if necessary, wash them, and dry them with paper towels. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and lightly season with pepper and salt.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the hot oil and quickly sear them on all sides. Transfer the seared chicken to a plate, then pour wine into the pan. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan well to release all the caramelized bits that formed during searing. Once the wine comes to a boil, add the cream and stir in the ground mustard. Return the seared chicken to the pan and simmer everything together on low heat for about 7 minutes. Season additionally with pepper and salt to taste.
-
Clean and wash the grapes. Cut the grape berries in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with the tip of a knife. Add the grapes to the pan and mix everything well. Serve on plates and offer with a side dish of your choice.
