Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts

450 ml Soup base, chicken, cube

1 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh

100 ml Sweet cream

1 spoon Lemon, fresh, without shell

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

0.5 bouquet Dill, fresh
Steps

Wash and dry the chicken breast halves. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot and immerse the chicken in it. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving dish and keep warm, reserving the broth in the pot. Rinse the dill under running water, shake it well, and finely chop it.

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk well and mix it with the cream. Slowly and gradually whisk this mixture into the warm broth. Season with salt and pepper, add lemon juice, and mix well again. Stir in the chopped dill. Cook the sauce while continuously stirring until it thickens slightly.

Serve the chicken breast halves on plates and pour the prepared sauce over them. Serve the dish with a side of your choice.
