0.5 dl Oil, olive

3 pieces Onion, raw

3 pods Garlic, fresh

100 g Beans, fresh

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

1 spoon Tomato, concentrate
Steps

Rinse the chicken thighs under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Place them in a deep baking dish and rub with salt. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Peel the carrots, rinse them, and cut them into slices or cubes. Sprinkle them into the baking dish and drizzle everything with olive oil. Peel the onion and garlic, roughly chop them, and scatter them around the chicken. Add the beans to the dish and pour white wine over everything. Stir in a tablespoon of tomato concentrate. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
