Ingredients
-
700 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh
-
2 dl Soup base, chicken, cube
-
8 pieces Tomato, red
-
2 dl Sour cream
-
1 teaspoon Dill, fresh
-
1 spoon Parsley, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Wash the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it into larger pieces. Pour olive oil into a larger pan and heat it. Place the meat pieces on the heated oil and cook them over moderate heat for about 3 minutes on one side, then on the other side.
-
Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and add it to the pan. Quickly sauté it, then pour the broth base into the pan. Cook over high heat for about 10 minutes. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into halves and quarters.
-
Add the sour cream and tomatoes to the pan and mix the sauce well. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Add chives and parsley to the sauce and cook for a good 5 minutes over moderate heat. When the sauce thickens slightly, stir it and cook for another minute, then remove the pan from the heat and serve the dish on plates.

Advice
Thyme pairs excellently with the sauce, and we can also use rosemary, but just a little, as it has a strong aroma. Instead of sour cream, you can use cooking cream. Chopped shallots go well with the sauce, but you can also use regular onions. Instead of broth base, you can add half a bouillon cube to the sauce, but be careful not to oversalt it.
