Chicken Liver Pâté with Cream

Ingredients

500 g Meat, chicken, liver

30 g Butter, unsalted

3 pods Garlic, fresh

150 ml Sweet cream

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Cut the livers into smaller pieces. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter over moderate heat. Add the livers and garlic to the pan and fry for about 10 minutes, turning the livers constantly so they brown on all sides. Remove the pan from the heat and let the livers cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer the contents of the pan to a food processor and blend into a smooth paste. Add the sweet cream and cream cheese, and continue blending until you get a uniform and smooth mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a bowl with a lid. Store the pâté in the refrigerator to cool completely (at least 2 hours).

Transfer the cooled pâté to a serving dish and serve with sliced bread.
