Chicken Meatballs with Banana

450 g Potatoes, white

300 g Meat, chicken, ground

2 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Banana, fresh

3 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 spoon Juice, lemon

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Steps

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into smaller pieces. Boil them in lightly salted water. Clean the onions, wash them, and finely chop them.

Drain the cooked potatoes well and mash them. Then mix in the chicken meat. Peel the banana, mash it with a fork, and add it to the potatoes and meat along with the flour, lemon juice, and onion. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well to form a uniform and smooth mixture.

Divide the mixture into approximately 8 equal parts. With slightly moistened hands, shape the mixture into flat meatballs.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil well. Fry the meatballs for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Turn them once during cooking.

Remove the cooked meatballs from the pan, place them on paper towels, and keep them warm. Then serve them on plates with a chosen side dish.
