Ingredients
-
600 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
0.75 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
5 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
3 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 piece Lime, fresh
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. Cut it into smaller pieces about 2 cm in size. Season the meat pieces with salt. Prepare three bowls; in the first one, put flour, in the second one, sesame seeds, and in the third one, beat the eggs until well mixed.
-
First, coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip them in the egg, and finally sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil well (see tips). Fry the chicken pieces in the pan until they turn golden brown. Then remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
-
Wash the lemon and lime thoroughly, then cut them into eighths. Serve the chicken nuggets on plates and garnish with lemon and lime slices. Offer the prepared dish with your choice of sauces.

Advice
Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The fat is hot enough for frying when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon.
